Send a clear meeting follow-up
Turn rough notes into decisions and assigned work while the conversation is still fresh. A quick review catches invented owners, dates, or decisions before the follow-up goes out.
Ask in your own words
Build a “Meeting follow-up” workflow for acme/company-knowledge. A teammate will paste meeting notes. Write a short recap with decisions and action items. Every action item must name an owner and due date from the notes; mark either one as unknown when it was not decided. Have a second reviewer check the recap against the notes, allow one correction, ask the meeting owner to approve it, then emailteam@example.com. Show me the proposed workflow before saving it.

Meeting owner approval
├── Reject → Finish
└── Approve → Email teamThe review compares the recap with the supplied notes. It should preserve unknown owners and dates instead of filling the gaps with guesses.
Change it later
Run this every Monday at 4:30 PM UTC using the newest file in meetings/sales/. Keep manual runs available, and keep the review, one-correction limit, approval, and email address. Show me the change before saving it.
Test it
- Leave an owner out of the notes and confirm the recap says unknown.
- Add a decision with no action item and confirm it stays in the decision list.
- Reject the recap and confirm no email is sent.
