Privacy Policy

Fleet is built on a simple principle: your data stays on your infrastructure. Always.

Effective date: April 1, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Feral Intelligence (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Fleet product and the fleetctl.ai website (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Fleet Product — Self-Hosted, Your Code Stays Private

Fleet is a self-hosted binary that runs on your own infrastructure. Here is exactly what does and does not leave it:

  • Your source code stays private. Your code is shared only with the model backend you choose — the Anthropic API, or Amazon Bedrock / Google Vertex inside your own cloud — and with GitHub for git operations. Your source code is never sent to Feral Intelligence.
  • Local-first. An unregistered Fleet instance sends us nothing at all — it runs entirely on your machine.
  • What we receive, disclosed. When you connect Fleet to the dashboard (required for the hosted dashboard and Team billing), the binary reports operational metadata and usage metering — agent status, decision events, run counts, and run time — so you get usage visibility and we can bill accurately. This is operational data, never your source code.
  • Local storage. All Fleet state lives in a local SQLite database on your filesystem. We never have direct access to that database.

Because Fleet runs entirely within your infrastructure, the data processing practices of your organization — not ours — govern the information that Fleet handles.

3. Website Data Collection

When you visit fleetctl.ai, we may collect limited information to operate and improve the website:

3.1 Information You Provide

  • Contact form submissions (name, email, message)
  • Email addresses submitted for product updates or waitlists

3.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL)
  • Pages visited and approximate time spent on the site
  • Cookies essential for site functionality (see our Cookie Policy)

We may use standard analytics tools to understand aggregate website traffic. These tools do not have access to any data from the Fleet product itself.

4. How We Use Website Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and support requests
  • To send product updates you have opted into
  • To improve the website experience
  • To comply with legal obligations

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share website data with service providers who assist us in operating the website (e.g., hosting, analytics), subject to confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

Website data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect website data. For the Fleet product, security is inherent in the architecture: your data never leaves your infrastructure, so it is protected by your own security controls.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
