Privacy Policy

Fleet is built on a simple principle: your data stays on your infrastructure. Always.

Effective date: August 11, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Feral Intelligence (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Fleet product and the fleetctl.ai website (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Fleet Product — Self-Hosted, Your Code Stays Private

Fleet is a self-hosted binary that runs on your own infrastructure. Here is exactly what does and does not leave it:

  • Your source code stays private. Your code is shared only with the model backend you choose — the Anthropic API, or Amazon Bedrock / Google Vertex inside your own cloud — and with GitHub for git operations. Your source code is never sent to Feral Intelligence.
  • Local-first. An unregistered Fleet instance sends no control-plane or billing data. The CLI sends anonymous product-usage telemetry by default unless you opt out; it never includes source code, prompts, file paths, repository names, or model responses.
  • What we receive, disclosed. When you register Fleet with the hosted control plane, the worker reports account and instance identifiers, workflow configuration and status, repository identifiers, trigger type, timestamps, decision and approval events, agent status, run time, and billing metering facts. An immutable billable fact records one durably authorized hosted root workflow start. Any terminal outcome is stored as a separate audit event rather than rewriting that start fact. This is operational metadata, never your source code.
  • Local storage. All Fleet state lives in a local SQLite database on your filesystem. We never have direct access to that database.

Your organization controls the data handled by the worker and agents on your infrastructure. We control the account, operational, audit, and billing data processed by the hosted control plane.

3. Account and Website Data Collection

When you visit fleetctl.ai, we may collect limited information to operate and improve the website:

3.1 Information You Provide

  • Contact form submissions (name, email, message)
  • Email addresses submitted for product updates or waitlists
  • Account identity, organization membership, subscription, and payment-provider identifiers

3.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL)
  • Pages visited and approximate time spent on the site
  • Cookies essential for site functionality (see our Cookie Policy)

We may use standard analytics tools to understand aggregate website traffic. These tools do not have access to any data from the Fleet product itself.

4. How We Use Website Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and support requests
  • To send product updates you have opted into
  • To improve the website experience
  • To comply with legal obligations

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share website data with service providers who assist us in operating the website (e.g., hosting, analytics), subject to confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

Website and account data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Run-detail retention follows the applicable plan or order form. Immutable billing audit facts and additive corrections are retained for seven years for accounting, dispute resolution, and audit integrity. A deletion request may therefore be subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and financial-record retention obligations.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect website data. For the Fleet product, your source code remains on your infrastructure except when sent to the model backend and source-control services you configure. Hosted account, operational, audit, and billing metadata is protected by our service controls.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
